Easy snacks for kids - strawberries and cream power icepop

This healthy, quick, tasty ice pop comes with added protein and only 4 ingredients! Adding some tiny chia seeds to this recipe means the kids will barely notice that they are eating more protein and fibre.

This easy snack will give the kids lots of power to run around (in case they need any more power!) and they make a great alternative to shop bought ice pops. How to make a healthy strawberry ice pop

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Irish strawberries (we are fans of Keelings berries here)
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt (like Glenisk)
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together in your blender (we love our Nutribullet)
  2. Pop them into your reusable ice pop bags or ice pop moulds.
  3. Enjoy!
