Easy snacks for kids - healthy, veg-packed smoothies
Smoothies for kids and toddlers
Parents often ask ‘are smoothies good for my child or toddler’?
Smoothies, done right, are a great way to get everyone in the house eating some of their 5/7-a-day! With smoothies for kids, it’s a good idea to include some veggies, a source of protein like Greek yoghurt or chia seeds and lots of tasty fruit.
Making smoothies for kids and toddlers is a way to help “eat the rainbow” which ensures you get all the vitamins and nutrients you need from all the different coloured vegetables and fruits available in Ireland.
