4 ingredient no bake chocolate peanut butter banana bites

Your kids will love helping to make these protein packed snacks! There is only 4 ingredients and no need to bake them. Great as an after-school snack as they are very filling.

They contain nuts so not for the lunch boxes.

4 ingredient no bake chocolate peanut butter banana bites

The kids will love helping to make these easy, protein-packed sweet treats.

Ingredients

  • About 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1 banana
  • 5/6 tblsp. 100% peanut butter
  • tblsp toasted sunflower seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper cases or use a silicone mould
  2. Melt the dark chocolate
  3. add a thin layer of chocolate to the bottom of each paper cases or mould
  4. pop in the freezer to set
  5. chop the banana into 12 slices
  6. remove tray from the freezer. Top each chocolate base with a banana slice, a teaspoonful approx. of peanut butter and some toasted sunflower seeds
  7. cover with the remaining melted chocolate
  8. allow set and enjoy!
