Simple smoothie recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 bag frozen raspberries *
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsps oats
- 2 tsps chia seeds
- 2 tblsp natural yoghurt
- Milk
Instructions
- Blend everything together. Serves 2/3 kids.
