Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag frozen raspberries *
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsps oats
  • 2 tsps chia seeds
  • 2 tblsp natural yoghurt
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together. Serves 2/3 kids.
