Ingredients

Stuff you’ll need:
  • chopping board
  • child-safe knife
  • plate
  • measuring cups & spoons
Food you’ll need (per person):
  • 1 ripe (but not brown) banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • small handful toasted chopped nuts and seeds
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate peanut butter sauce

Instructions

How to make it:
  1. Chop the banana in half lengthways and sit it on the plate (like a kinda boat).
  2. Mix the yoghurt and vanilla together, and spoon it over the banana.
  3. Throw fresh berries, toasted nuts and seeds and chocolate chips on top.
  4. Drizzle with 1-2 teaspoons chocolate peanut butter sauce.
  5. Eat immediately!
